4020 REAL ESTATE LICENSING COURSE

Class 4020If you're interested in a professional career in Real Estate, the first step is this course. Unlike some other Real Estate licensing courses (where you sit through hours & hours of video tape), we have live, knowledgeable instructors to give you the finest instruction. This 45-hour Salesman Licensing Course is required by the State of Illinois to prepare the candidate for the Illinois Salesperson & Brokers License Examination. Upon completion, you will receive certification entitling you to move on to the examination, which is required by state law. Topics covered in the course are ownership, encumbrances, license law, brokerage, contracts, financing, property descriptions, land surveying, deeds and appraising. There are no special eligibility requirements for taking these courses, however, to be eligible for a real estate license state law requires that one be at least 21 yrs of age, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, complete the 45 hr real estate course of instruction, & pass the written State Examination. The course is offered by real estate professionals licensed by the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate. Lab/Mat. fee: $135.
