property values for many neighborhoods. Once you understand the patterns in past market changes. You'll be able to foresee future values. This course takes you on a tour of several Chicago neighborhoods, including neighborhoods such as Lakeview,
Lincoln Square, Uptown, Wrigleyville, Roscoe Village, Bucktown, Logan Square. Learn about the history & projected values of the real estate market in these areas. See what types of homes are available and discover surprising delightfully livable
neighborhoods. In addition to getting a real feel for these neighborhoods, you'll also receive important information on their current & projected values. Plus, you'll hear about up-and-coming neighborhoods that you visit. This tour leaves from
