Have you ever wanted to really get away from it all? To explore the world free and unencumbered by everyday restrictions and limitations? Traveling out of the body may furnish some of the most exciting and memorable experiences of your
life. After learning the basics, you can experience unlimited possibilities while traveling outside of your body. Walk through walls, visit other countries or the moon, venture across space and time, or just cruise around your own town. You can
learn things about yourself & your universe that will astound you.
In this workshop we will explore what it takes to actually achieve astral projection and lucid dreaming. We will cover a wide range of subjects including:
o How to raise energy
o Guided meditation
o How to balance your chakras
o Several methods for using Astral bodies
o Building Astral houses
o Remote viewing
o Studying the Akashic libraries
