Whether you want to break into the service industry of simply love entertaining guests, this class teaches you the fundamental skills required to bartend with the best. Learn what every bar gadget does, how to use it properly, when to stir a
cocktail, when to prepare and use fresh ingredients. Discover the detailed history and origins of a variety of classic beers, wines, spirits, and cocktail concoctions. The class offers pouring and service techniques, and helps students learn to use
the most important asset a bartender has - their brain. Basic wine and beer tasting is covered as well as basic safety procedures. Each class session has a hands-on portion and everyone walks away thirsty to learn more. Minimum age 21. Material fee
