What do you need to be a good computer keyboard typist? Discipline! Do you feel the need for speed? Type every day! You won't get any good unless you practice, practice, practice every day. And in today's work force
everyone uses a keyboard. First class: intro to the Home Row keys in the Learning Lab, Practice Pavilion, Skill Building and Test Center. Second class: review from last class and typing. Typing on today's PC is not like
typing on your grandparents' typewriter. Even with voice-activated software, you will still need to know how to type, as your voice will get tired! Sign up early. This class fills up fast.Mat Fee: $7
