How do dancers and gymnasts stay in such great shape? Pilates. How do hollywood stars maintain their fantastic bodies, even after child birth? Pilates. What is Pilates? You've heard of it, but how does it work? Pilates is a system of exercizes,
involving stretches and breathing, that focus on strengthening the abs. This course will teach you how to strengthen your core muscles, build your "power house" and tone your whole body in minutes a day. Whether you're a beginner or looking
for a more challanging exercise routine, Pilates offers both. You will be amazed at the improvement in your overall body strength, coordination and flexibility. This is one exercise routine that really works. Bring a yoga mat to class. Mat Fee: $10
