Introduction to Pole Dance class is for anyone that wants to learn pole technique. Anyone who has little to no experience with pole dance is welcome to join. This class builds dance moves, floor work, and pole spins into a complete routine by the end
of class. Pole dancing brings out your inner diva while building strength and flexibility. It's a fun way for women to feel good and sexy. No nudity allowed. Wear comfortable workout clothes and gym shoes or sturdy heels. Mat Fee: $10
