Learn the skill and discipline of mixed martial arts. Join this fun and hard hitting class and build your self-confidence and self-esteem. Training in Martial Arts can also focus your mind so that you will improve your academics and learn valuable
social and leadership skills. Open to children and teenagers ages 4 and up. Micheal Richmond has been training in Martial Arts for 20 years and teaching for 14. He is currently the head instructor at the Midwest Center.
